Couper les langoustes en deux (en longueur) et les mettre dans un plat à four et les assaisoner.
Les faire cuire au four 5 minutes de chaques côtés.
Dans un bol, faire fondre le beurre et ajouter les herbes de Provence.
Arroser les langoustes côtés chair avec la préparation et les cuire encore 10 min encontinuant de les arroser.
